However, as technology advances some of the older browsers may not be able to keep up, thus limiting your surfing experience. A. An internet Player is an application built to easily view and navigate our content.

Q. Sometimes a software security alert window pops up. What should I do?
A. Select the "Always Trust" box and click "OK."

Q. Sometimes I get error messages, or my the video just won't play, what should I do then?
A. Clear your browser's cache and restart your browser.

Q. My video and audio is not working that well, what should I do?
A. Make sure you have a fast connection, these feeds are not designed for a dial up connection. Try signing up for DSL or cable--this will bring you a wholly better viewing experience.

Q. How can I get better overall video and audio quality?
A. The faster your connection the better your viewing experience, upgrading to DSL or a cable connection will dramatically change your perspective when it comes to viewing video online.

Q. Why doesn't the video look as good as TV screen resolution?
A. Our feeds are the highest quality on the market. In a few years the cost of bandwidth will come down and we can ultimatley stream up to 1.8 MBs which is close to TV quality.

Q. Why do I get funny colors when I view the feeds?
You monitor may be set to 256 colors , you must upgrade this to a higher setting in your control panel (display).
